Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of the ScribeCo platform. By using the service, your practice agrees to the terms summarized here.

Use of the service

ScribeCo provides clinical documentation, calling, and quality tooling for behavioral-health practices. Access is licensed to your practice for use by authorized clinicians and staff.

Clinical responsibility

AI-drafted notes are decision support, not a substitute for clinical judgment. A licensed clinician reviews and signs each note before it becomes part of the record.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and performant, and we maintain backups and audit logging. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.

Text messaging

Practices may use ScribeCo to send service-related text messages to patients who have opted in (for example, appointment reminders and notifications). By opting in, recipients consent to receive these messages; message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time. Practices are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent before messaging.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators.
