Getting started
Connect a visit by phone, video link, or tap-to-record in person. ScribeCo captures the audio, separates the speakers, and drafts a structured note in your template. Review each section, then sign to lock it.
Capture modes
Phone calls show your practice number while keeping personal numbers private. Video sessions join in the browser with no app to install. In-person visits record ambiently from your phone.
Notes and quality
Every note cites the transcript line by line. Call quality is scored against your rubric, and follow-up tasks are extracted automatically so nothing slips.
